Question on Expense Actuals

When I create an idea in EPM, there is a field "Expense Actuals", I don't
know when and how to use this field?

Merry we require a little more information, but by the sounds of it, that is
an organisation specific configuration and you may want to ask your EPM
administrator or PMO,
