Hi,
I have a question about the flag in outlook 03. Does it work in a multiuser
environment?
By that i mean, let's say we have two computers running outlook and have an
email account that's designed to be used publicly. The outlook on the two
computers have been set up with that email account.
The idea is this. If there are incoming emails to that email account, person
A or person B can actually check them (depending on who works at the time).
If person A works on the day, she opens and reads the emails and does
something about it. If that email needs to be followed up or dealt with
already, she can then put a flag in a bid that when person B turns up the
next day, he will know what to do with that email - whether to follow it up
or ignore it.
So, then i tested it by asking person A to put a flag to red color for
follow up. But the problem is person B did not see any colors on the flag for
that email.
Note: Person A and person B work on a different computers. I'm aware of the
fact that outlook is a machine's dependant but would this affect the flag
system too?
Thank you in advance
