Question on Project Management Software (TrackerOffice)

Does anyone here use a program called "TrackerOffice"? I went to a
ProjectWorld seminar last time and saw this product which is pretty cool
because it integrated with MS Exchange. However, I still want to know some
comments on this project management software comparing with setting up a MS
Project Server + MS Project Web services.
