Question on Relay deployment

The scenario I have is to support users around US, e.g. Seattle and Orlando.
My question is whether there would be performance improvement to install
multiple Relays, e.g. one in Seattle and one in Orlando, to better facilate
fan-out. If that is the case, would that force me to setup seperate domains
in Groove Manager for Seattle users and Orlando users? As the Relay server is
tied to a particular domain.

I guess the question is whether there is advacned setting that I can
configure the relay server for a particular user or group of users? According
to documentation, I will need to create one Groove domain for the Seattle
users and one Groove domain for the Orlando users. It would be nice to not
influence the organization of Groove domains (which in the best case to match
what in AD) by Relay server.

Relay are related to users and/or groups.
So for each user (from a single domain), based on his location (Seattle or
Orlando), you can choose the more adapted relay...
