I have created templates that we are going to use globally throughout our
company. We use a custom size page, 190x230 mm for our documents which is cut
down to size after printing.
When I print this document out on A4 size paper, the text looks as though it
is printed in the middle of the page. If I change the margins to suit an A4
page size, then when it is printed on Letter, the text will not sit correctly.
I need to have it print on the top right side of the page so that our
printer only has to cut twice to trim the pages down to size.
Is there a function in Word 2007 that lets me control where the text from a
custom size page is printed on a standard size piece of paper, e.g., top
right of the page?
Or do you have any other suggestions, other than creating two templates with
different page size and margins, one for Letter and one for A4?
We cannot change the final document size.
