QUESTION: Pictures do not print, but text does (how come?)...

Hello,

Windows XP Home Edition.

Word 97

Inserted some pictures from "file" (jpegs) and clipart.

The pictures show up on the page, but not "print preview",
and the pictures will not print, either, but the text will.

I used high resolution paper, with the same setting in the
properties tab of my printer software.

I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. I used to do this a lot
when I would copy a map from Mapquest, paste it in a Word
document, and then print it up, without any problems.

Any suggestions?
