Question regarding setup Project Server 2003

When prompted to enter datbase server information during
install, I'm asked for a DB server & a login. THere is a
note that says

"Choosing Windows Authentication will prohibit the Views
tables from installing on a seperate server."

Since this is going on a single server, will I have any
problems just using Windows Authentication?

I had problems using Windows Authentication. I got the message:
"Error 25621. Failed to create SQL database. (-2147217843 Project Server)"
that the "README.HTM" said I would get, unless I use SQL Server
Authentication.

So, the way I see it, I am forced to use SQL Server Authentication.
But, when I go that route, there is another problem:
