Question regardining aending on behalf of someone - Outlook 2000

Is it possible to have the text "<user> sending on behalf of <user2>" to not
show up when sending on behalf of a user?

I would like to send emails on behalf of someone, but have them look like
they are sent from the user, not on behalf of the user.

Is this possible and if so, how?

Yes, if the Exchange administrator grants user the Send As permission on user2's mailbox.
