Question: Report in Print Preview

Please answer the following:

When you view your Report in Print Preview, you notice
that the second page of the Report is blank (and you did
not intend for it to be). What is most likely the problem
and how do you fix the problem?

Typically, this is because the report's Width is greater
than the paper less margins.

Or sometimes it's because a section (Detail?) has extra
unused space at the bottom.

Gail,
You will need to work with either the margin settings of
the Report or manually narrow the report in Design view by
scooting your fields closer together and pulling the edge
of the Report in (If there are horizontal line graphics in
your report, you will you to shorten those too). I would
try the margin settings first. This will work for page
length as well.
