I am attempting to send a document via email to multiple
users using contact database email addresses. Is there a
easy way to sort data so that only particular categories
are sent.

Also what is the maximum number of email addresses we can
send at one time.

If you mean you want to send the document only to contacts included in a
certain category, try this: Open the Contacts folder, switch to By Category
view, select the category you want to send the document to, then click
Actions | New Message to Contact. Once the message opens with all the
addresses in the To field, you can attach the document to the message.

For the second question, your ISP will set that limitation -- check with
them. (The To, CC and BCC fields do have a practical limit on how many
addresses will fit in the field, but your ISP limit will probably be reached
before the field character limit...)
