Somtimes, I paste from a source (e-mail message maybe)
a text into onenote. Then, to make the text wrap,
I click on the bar of the ON window (by window I dont mean the program
but the transperant window) and keep on holding the mouse button
to the right to make the lines of the text allign to the right accordingly.
However, for some reason, sometimes the text does not allign
altough the ON window is large enough.
I changed the "paste formatting" but did not help.
How can I solve the problem?

I assume that the transparent window you are talking about is the outline on
the page (aka container). It has a bar at the top with arrows that allow to
resize it.

So, if that's what you mean there might be a few reasons for text not to
align:
1. The text was justified in the source app and OneNote doesn't support
justification so everything becomes left aligned

2. The text in the source app is split in more paragraphs than you think it
is - paste the same text into Word, click Show/Hide button to see the actual
structure of the text. It depends on the source app what they publish to
clipboard and if they insert random line breaks OneNote has no way to know
how to fix it... (e.g. this happens with text only messages in Outlook)
