Questions about problems

WHY?

1. I do know there will be a fix for the message about internal links warning

2. The memory leak? I do not have a tablet pc and finding that 90 to 100%
CPU is being used at times? Is this a bug?

Thanks

Most likely. Can you describe the scenario in which this happens? What
are you/ON doing when this happens?

WHY?

I'm running One note 2007 beta right now, CPU will go to 100% then 02% ( I
have a real time monitoring program Speed switch XP) I have 2 PDF files
running FOXIT PDF pro 1.3 and IE 7

I currently in Medical school and thought this would be good to try out the
Betas since I can use them about 12 hours a day everyday.

Thank you

Does the CPU spike happen when ON is syncing? What are you doing in ON
when the spike happens?

WHY?

I don't know I will need to continue to "play" with it Use it and see Now
it's behaving well with low use age of the CPU, I have switched back and
forth with the onenote app and IE but the spikes are now from IE? I'll post
later conditions and what is happening, I did install fast indexing as asked
to by 2007 Beta. Does this cause high useage?

It could cause high usage, but you can check if that is the problem by
leaving ON open during the night when you are not using your computer.
That should give it quite some time to index while you are not using
your computer.
Does it happen when you are on battery or when your tablet is plugged
in? Where are your notebooks physically located (the files)? On the
tablet or somewhere else?

The high CPU usage is a known issue with Beta 2. For what it's worth, ON
B2 is pretty good about giving up the CPU when other applications need it.

WHY?

Yea It happens out of the blue then dissapears, at least not all the time.

I do like ON07 so far,

My machine: Dell 710m with XP home, 1gb Ram, 80 gig HD, 2GHZ Pentium M
centrino configured.

New problem is when I cut and past images from Word 2007 to ON 2007, word
crashes? I have choosen to send the messages to MS. ? ANy thoughts?

Weird. If you manage to find anything that consistently happens/you do
when the issue appears, let us know. Then the MS team has a chance of
figuring this one out.

What kind of images are you cutting & pasting? Or in other words, how
did they get into Word in the first place?
