Questions about text blocks

Hi all!
I have couple of questions about manipulating text blocks of shapes in
Visio.

1. How do I prevent the text block from rotating when it's associated
shape is being rotated? I want the text to always remain horizontal.

2. Can I add that yellow handle (used to position text) seen in many
Visio masters to my own shapes somehow?
