questions on use please

I have a user that has designed a form in infopath. It is my understanding
that the form will need to be plublished to a shared folder on the server.
Is this correct? If the users all have access to that shared folder then
will there be a message about registering the form and will my users then
have to lower their security settings to open and use the forms?

Hi,

Yes. You need to publish the form to shared folder or sharepoint. And all
user's have Permissions to the shared folder or sharepoint to access the form.
