Hi there, just yesterday i've opened ON for myself and find it generally
great but i have little questions. My base point is secure my information
from other's eyes, so
1. How i can synchronize ON with Microsoft Groove? I can copy chapters to
Groove separately but it seems no way to edit and save it in real time. I
need to open Groove, open ON chapter (without any structure, cos it's surely
unaccessable) edit, save, close. Or copy all ON files to windows directory,
edit, close, copy back. It makes me sad.
2. Another way to secure. Set passwords directly in ON. It sounds good, but
why i need to set and enter passwords in every chapter? I just want to secure
all my notebooks. One pass at all of them, like in Groove. Enter pass every
time i open new chapter and switch between them - it really hard,
3. How i can disable editing mode in my pages? This popup edit tools are
really annoying when i don't wanna edit nothing. And every page saves it
cursor position when you leave it until next time. So, next time i see all of
them at bottom positions trying to read with the end. It's cool if you're 'on
fly', but if you want just read and analyze notes it make no sense.
4. I really like to-do lists with tags. And function with drug'n'drop moves.
But it seems no working with extra fields i want to add to my jobs. In Excel
i at least can sort it by 'key' fields.
5. Tab function to create tables is great, but how i can use tabulation
function?
