Queue failure codes

MSOP2007 SP2 Aug CU
We been getting sporadic "publish failure" notifications with Error 26000
listed. Can anybody tell me where to locate these failure code definitions?
Searching MS Help is more confusing then helpful. Many Thanks in advance.
