Queue jobs in state Waiting to be processed

Hi,
The quques jobs for project save and checkin were not completed and were
hanging in project server queue.
Project save from project professional was in state getting enqueued and
project checkin was in state waiting to be processed.
I tried restaring queue services on server but did not work. Then i had to
cancel these jobs to allow force checkin of project.
I checked logs on server and found below error at the same time when project
save was started in getting enqueued state.
Please advise on how to prevent this error in future.

Sometimes jobs will hang up in the "Getting equeued" position. What you
should do next time is to retry the job that is stuck in "Getting enqueued".
If that doesn't work then expand the options section and check the box,
"cancel jobs getting enqueued" and uncheck the box to "Cancel subsequent"
jobs. Then cancel only the job that is stuck in "Getting enqueued" and the
rest of the jobs should then process successfully.
