Quick Access Tool Bar Customization

Is there any way in Word 2007 to, after creating a macro and placing it on
the Quick Access Tool Bar, configure the display to show a word that
describes the macro, rather than one of the preselected icons? I did this
with Office 2003, but I can't find a way to do it with the newer version. I
know I can hover over the icon and get a description, but I'd like not to
have to hover over every dang icon to find out which one is the macro I want.

Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, text-only buttons are not an option in Word 2007. I've not
heard of anyone having found a way to coax Word 2007 into performing that
trick. There are times it would be useful, though.
