Quick Launch

I placed a shortcut to an excel file on my Quick Launch
toolbar and now I want to remove it. I can click delete
and it'll go away but it comes back when I restart or log
off my computer. I even tried deleting it from the Quick
Launch folder under my username and it still comes back.
Is there anything to fix this?
