Quick menu for repeating elements

On a tablet, I've noticed people find it very hard (with a pen) to select the
purple quick access menu image for repeating elements. Is there any way to
make this image bigger? Also, is there any way to prevent this image from
completely disappearing from the screen?

Hello,

No You cannot make this bigger in Size. Also You cannot completeley remove
this , though you can remove the commands in this. But the widget will always
be there. If you want to remove you can remove this as well as Insert text
link below the repeating element.
