I have 3 text boxes grouped and inserted as a quick part. If the amount of text in TEXT A increases, is there a way I can make TEXT B and C move accordingly, whilst still retaining the 1 square space between each text box?

Perhaps you should consider using a table with automatic row heights instead of textboxes. That way, each row's height & position will adjust to reflect both its content and that of the cells in the preceding rows.
