Quick Parts Building Block Altered Line Spacing and Fonts

I recently switched from Word 2003 to Word 2007. In Word 2003, I used auto
text. In Word 2007, I am now trying to use Quick Parts.

I copied some text into Quick Parts as a building block for future use in
various documents. For some reason, when I use quick parts and I try to
insert the building block of text into a document, it changes the line
spacing of the text from its original single spacing to 1.5 spacing and I
cannot seem to change it back to single spacing. It is also changing
(reducing) the size of the various fonts in the text.

Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong???

Unless you've actually stored the formatting with the entry (for example by
applying a unique style), it will adjust to the surrounding text; that
happens in Word 2003 as well.
