Each time I launch Outlook 2007 my Quick Parts gallery is empty.
I have a privacy notice that I add to the bottom of emails that was an
autotext item in Office 2003. I recreated it as a Quick Part in Word 2007
and Outlook 2007. It is available in my Quick Parts Gallery in Word, however
each time I restart Outlook 2007 my Quick Part gallery is empty.
So, I need to launch Word, insert the Quick Parts text into a blank document
and copy/paste it into my Outlook emails.
If I select the text I can "Save Selection to Quick Part gallery..." in
Outlook 2007 and use it as long as Outlook is running. But once I close
Outlook and restart it, the Quick Parts gallery is empty.
Note: this is not happening in Word, only in Outlook.
