Quick reference cards in Training lessons don't print.

When I take a lesson in Microsoft Office Training, I would like to be able to
print the Quick Reference Cards. When I print them I get a blank page with
only the heading at the top. How can I print these valuable resources?

I've tried to do a print screen and I've also tried selecting the text and
choosing "selection" on the print menu. Those don't work. Is a "screen shot"
the same as a "print screen?"

Yes, but you are aware that it doesn't "print", aren't you? It copies it to
the clipboard. You can then paste it into something like Paint and then
print.

If you have Vista, the Snipping Tool would be ideal for this use.

Right-click the page, click select all, copy, open Word, paste. This works for
me.

Hi Mary,

Do you know if they all do not print correctly or if there's only one or
two? The QRCs are intended to be printed so I'm thinking this is a bug.

I truly don't know, I just went to the training site, open a training session
randomly, chose the reference card and did what I posted above. Most of the
assistant articles I have read have a printer friendly link at the bottom of the
page, this particular reference card did not.
