Quick Reference for commands, shortcuts in Word & Exel

Gloria

I need a quick reference card that shows items like shortcut keys for
commands, navigation, formatting data, etc. I don't need a "How To" book or
manual, just the reference guide. Does anyone know where I can purchase
these?

Thanks a lot!

Go to Help in either Word or Excel. Type "shortcuts" (without the
quotes) in the search field then press enter you will be presented with
a list of subjects about shortcuts. Click on "Microsoft Excel (or Word)
keyboard shortcuts" and you will get a list of all of the default
shortcuts categories. Clicking a category will get you a printable list
of shortcuts for that category.

Also, note that, unlike WinOffice, MacOffice makes it easy to customize
keyboard shortcuts - so (a) you can change your own using
Tools/Customize/Customize Keyboard..., and (b) you shouldn't assume that
everyone's installation will use the same shortcuts.

Does anyone know if you can change the command "edit cell" that at the
mac has the shortcut CONTROL + U and on the PC has F2. I cant find it
on the cusuomize keybord and I use it all the time and can't get rid of
the PC habit of having it on F2. Please help if anyone knows how to
change it.

All the best.
