Absurd, isn't it
The one you want isn't there.
So I hacked the middle out of one of them and re-did it in Excel:

You can't do this in Word (at least, not reliably...) because its ability to
calculate within a Table is not very stable. And the formulas involved are
quite complex.
The key is to choose the table you like and copy it into Excel, then use
Excel formulas to fill in the dates for you. Excel can handle this stuff
easily. And its formatting is quite capable of producing reasonable
results.

In word 2008, using Quick Tables, Complex, there are calendar templates. Is
there a way to make these work so that the month and year is put in and the
dates are correctly formatted, similar to the calendars in the project
templates.
