Quick Time Player

I want to include some video clips on my website, mainly from my phone,
though that is semi irrelevant. If I use the plug in, the video plays when
the page loads, which isn't what I want. If I do a link to the file, the file
plays in a very small payer that can't be re-sized. What I want to do is to
use the mini player that appears when I open the file direct on my PC. How
can I do this please?
