Hi S.,
Are you on a PC or on a Mac? If the Mac you may want
to also post this in the Word:Mac newsgroup (link below)
and include the version of Word you're using.
This message can come up when the document came from Word:Mac
and you're using it on the PC, or if the movie originally
included in the document wasn't moved when the document was,
or if the movie was created in Apple QuickTime and the
'compression' option was used.
You may need to open and resave the original movie, if
available, or if you're using just one frame you can save
it as a BMP or PNG graphic as other options.

When using Word, instead of a graphic appearing, I get a message that says:
"Quick time and TIFF (Uncompressed) decompressor needed to see this picture."
What do I actually need to do to see the graphic and not this message? >>
