Quick way to trace dependency impacts?

We're working with a large project file that's shared by
several different organizations. The problem that we're
running into is that one change by one organization of
course impacts someone else. Is there a quick way to see
the impacts of one change all the way down the rest of the
tasks? Something easier than manually looking at all the
successors and their successors? Ultimately, I'd like to
be able to do QUICK what-if analysis -- if this date slips
a week, then tasks a,b,c,d,h,i,p, and x also move out.

Method A:
1) Save a baseline just before you do this.
2) Switch to tracking view or other view which shows the baseline that you
just set.
3) Make a change and look for the effects of the change in the gantt chart.
3a) Filter for tasks which finish is <> baseline finish
3b) Set a barstyle (format menu/barstyles) which goes from baseline finish
to finish and make it an obvious style (Thick and bright color)

Method B:
1) Go to http://masamiki.com/project/macros.htm
2) Download and install the "Trace" macro
3) Select the task in question
4) Run the macro
