QuickBooks 2008 & ACT 6 using Outlook 2003

I want to use Outlook to be my default email for both QuickBooks 2008 and ACT
6.

I can do it, but Outlook always prompts me for permission first saying,
something like "A program is trying to access Outlook. Do you want to allow
this?"

Is there a way to add both of these programs to Outlook so I don't get the
prompt every time?

Thanks

Probably due to Act!6. It's not fully integrated with Outlook but
if you launch Act6, you can go to the preferences and change its
configuration for mails.
You should tell it to use "Internet Mail" instead of Outlook.
I just uninstalled Act6 a month ago to upgrade to Act2007 and
If you check the processes running on the machine you should see
something like ActForOutlook.exe. Maybe terminating it should help
you.

Just my 2 cents

This free tool is the safest for that:
