quickbooks and outlook synchronization

I used to be able to synchronize Quickbooks Pro with MS Outlook to update and
add new contacts. All of a sudden this does not work anymore and I receive
and error #4305 that noone at Quickbooks can help with. However, after
reviewing the sync log file, the failure happens when the synchronization
begins to retrieve the contacts from Outlook. It never retrieves any and
stops there. It seems to me I don't have something set up correctly in
Outlook. Any suggestions?
