Quickbooks Synchronization

I am trying to synchronize contacts data from Quickbooks
Pro 2002 into Outlook 2003. When running the synchronize
contacts wizard, I get a message stating "Quickbooks has
encountered and error and needs to close". This happens
immediately after I select which folder I want to
synchronize to in Outlook. I'ver restarted the computer
several times and always get the same error.

Please help.

I've seen some other posts here that indicate Quickbooks may not be
compatible with Outlook 2003. You might check with them for possible
workarounds
