QuickTime Movie inserted into PPT X keeps LOOPING!

Contrary to the problem a lot of folks seem to have, I can't get my QT
movie (exported from Macromedia Flash MX) to STOP looping in
PowerPoint. I have a "stop" command on a separate layer in Flash for
the last frame; I have checked and double-checked the animation
settings in PowerPoint, but every time another action happens (other
objects animating on the slide) the movie plays again. Help, please.

One other thing... this happens if I export the Flash movie as a .swf
also, so I'm sure it's a PowerPoint thing.

Hi,

If your .swf files play OK in QuickTime Player (without PowerPoint) then
it sounds like there's a bug in PowerPoint.

Please take a moment to use the PowerPoint Help menu to send feedback to
Microsoft about this problem so that they can be alerted to its
existence and added to their bug tracking database.

Thanks.
