Quicktime movies and PP

Is there any way to insert a quicktime .mov file into my powerpoint
presentation. I have XP. When I try it gives me the movie file cannot be
inserted. The .mov file isn't even a supported file type when I search for
my files. I swear when I was on Win 2000 it was supported. I can't find
away to do this short of creating a link to my file using an action button
and that is ugly.

PowerPoint doesn't support QT but will allow you to insert a movie if it was
created in Vers. 1 or 2.
