QT mov files work fine ..... Insert movie into slide, choose auto-play
option, and away you go in presentation mode.....

What you can't do is:
1) Control the movie (other than stop) once it is playing in presentation
mode.
2) Control buttons / features are disabled on swf files (sack the programmer
who came up with that one!!!), and seems to play like a movie from start to
finish, which is not much good for interactive multimedia materials!!!!
(ooops must get off the soapbox)....

Hi Barry,

To date there has been no update to take care of this problem. I've not
heard any rumors concerning any time frame when one will become availble.

Crap, Quicktime doesn't work in PP 2004! Do a little search in this forum
for "Quicktime" and you'll notice there is a serious problem with PP 2004
and playback of quicktime files. Yes you can import them, but you can not
play them fullscreen! So far the only advice Microsoft can give is to view
your video at original size - that would be fine if you actually wanted a
crap product and you wanted to look completely unprofessional... C'mon
Microsoft, do you believe that so many people hate you so much already that
it doesn't make a difference if you add a few more thousand to that list?
