quintiles

Can someone please let me know how to create quintiles. I have looked at the
air code refering to deciles but I can not get it to work. I have two colums
[ID] and [score] I would like to divide the table into 5 catagories based on
the [score] variable. The score column is a continous value from -2 to 6.
