Quote mark in Mail merge

Pavel Naplava

Hi,
we have Information system that regullary exports source data for
mail merge (stickers) in Word 2003. We found that if any row contains a
single quotation mark it does not read all rows correctly. It joins some
rows into one. If we double quotation mark everything works well. Is
there any simple way how to solve it? Something in preferences. Thank
you for any help.

What, more exactly, is the data source?

As far as I know, there's nothing in any kind of "preferences" that can
change this. But if you can open the data source in Word and convert it to
a Word table, that should work...
