Quote marks printing incorrectly

All of a sudden I'm having right-hand quote marks printing on the
baseline rather than in their correct position above the type. They
look fine on screen!

I've installed the Office 10.1.4 update and am running Mac OS 10.2.

Any ideas/suggestions are welcome.
