Quote Marks

My Quote marks are turning out like this «
I don't know why they are doing this. But how can I change them back to this "

You have te Autoformat "replace straight quotes with smart quotes" option
set and your language is set to French.

Do either or both of changing your language to English (Ctrl+A, Tools,
Language, Set Language) and switching off the Autoformat (Tools >
Autocorrect > Autoformat as you type tab) - or just undo (Ctrl+Z) it each
time it happens.
