QUOTE w/ FILLIN not working

Friends,
I have borrowed from one of the other postings and used this field in a
document:

{QUOTE{IF{ProcNam}=""{SET ProcNam {FILLIN " Enter procedure name:"}}""}
{ProcNam}}

I want to use the ProcNam elsewhere throughout the document, but I can't get
the document to prompt me for any info. Please help. Thanks.

I figured out that you can't type in the brackets. They all have to be
entered by using Ctrl-F9. It works great.
