R6025 - pure virtual functions call

When opening Outlook I get the following error:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program:C:\program files\microsoft
office\office\outlook.exe

R6025 - pure virtual functions call

Can anyone tell me how to fix it.
