Radio Button Paragraph

This is all new to me and any help will be appreciated.

I would like to add radio buttons to paragraphs. (Done)
The paragraphs should then be linked to the buttons (Not sure if this is
automaticly done)
The user should select prefered paragraphs with the buttons.
I would then like to run a macro that only select the paragraphs with active
radio buttons and copy them to a new document.

I am using Word 2007
Any suggestions?
