Radio Button using Mail Merge (Word)

Hello all,

I know this is not the area for Word, but I thought someone might have done
this. . . . .

I have a form in Access that has around 60 Yes No radio button questions. I
would like to merge the data with a Word Document but I cannot figure out
how to get the radio buttons on a Word Document.

Any ideas?
