Form Field Options, Draw Table, Insert Cells, Insert Frame, Form Field

Ah, you're using Word. You never mentioned which Office application you
were referring to, and I gave you the info for XL, which does have
option buttons that you can insert in an XL form via the Forms toolbar.
Word 2004 has option buttons for documents:
Insert > HTML Object > Option Button
Word 2004 has option buttons for Visual Basic userforms.
Excel 2004 has worksheet option buttons
View > Toolbars Forms > Option Button
Excel 2004 has dialog sheet option buttons
Right-click a sheet tab > Insert > Microsoft Excel 5.0 dialog > Option
Button
Excel 2004 has option buttons for Visual Basic userforms.
Powerpoint 2004 has option buttons for Visual Basic userforms.
So no matter what application you are using you can have option buttons.
