Raise a value by an exponent in InfoPath 2003

Hello All,

I have the need to raise a value by an exponent in InfoPath 2003.

The formula in Microsoft Excel would be: 83.83*((x)^0.2752)

Unfortunately, InfoPath does not recognize the exponent symbol and I can
find no support for the equivalent "POWER" function.

Does anyone know how to accomplish this. My alternative is to create the
roughly 50 rules with associated conditions and actions to return approximate
values, but I would much rather stick with the elegant solution.
