Hello,

Can you please tell me how to get rid of the this error message on startup?

"RAND Outlook Profile Cleaner has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience."

After clicking on the "click here" for more information the APP name is
pstrefclean.exe.

So, what did google tell you about the erroring application?

Absolutely nothing. Could not find anything on technet either.

1. deleted the Outlook profile and recreated a new on.
2. Re-installed Office XP
3. Unable to find the pstrefclean.exe through searching the files
4. Went into msconfig but can't see anything associated with this file.
