Random crashes very few minuits

Can anyone think why one note would crash on my computer every few minuits?
The crashes do not seem linked to any activity, I could be typing, dragging a
selection box, drawing or just moving the mouse! It hangs for a few seconds,
then the 'onenote has encountered a problem' dialogue box comes up and it
restarts. Fortunately its pretty good a recovering where I was, though if I
was typing at the time, I typically loose a sentence or so.

Any Ideas why onenote should do this, or what I can do to fix it?

Im running onenote with the sp1 on it, on windows xp home with sp 2.

Have your tried fixing it? In OneNote, go to Help/Detect and Repair and see
if that helps you. If that doesn't straighten out the situation for you,
you might look in Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Event Viewer in the
Application and System sections to see if there are errors being reported to
pin down the problem. I could be as simple as updating your graphics card
driver.
