Random Duplicate e-mails OL2007, Exchange

I have a user running Vista, OL2007, Exchange 2003.

He gets random duplicate e-mail messages. Some are internal, some are
external.

Exchange services only.

Any ideas on the cause?

This is our first Vista, 2007 user and the bosses ain't happy with this
result.
