Random Meeting Requests being sent

I have a user whose Outlook randomly sends meeting requests to people in his
contact list. We have over 200 users and this is the only occurance. I have
never seen or heard of this before. We run our own Exchange server and I am
certain that it has not been hacked.

Has anyone ever heard of this?
