Random Messages in Message Box

I need to have random messages pop up every time someone open a Sheet.
IE
"Have a great Day"
"Read your call quality guide"
"Remember to apritaite your customers"

Things like that.
I just want them to be different everytime.....rotate through a list of text.

By your reference to "Sheet", it sounds like you are working with a
spreadsheet programme. Possibly Excel. Am I right? If so, you may
have better luck in an Excel-related newsgroup. The focus of this
newsgroup is Access, the database product.
